I Have a 2 1/2 year old daughter, Molly, who was diagnosed with celiac disease
at age 16 mos.  We are travelling to Disneyworld on 10/13 for a long weekend
and I'm looking for any info that might make our trip easier.  We are staying
at the Grand Floridian.  I have heard that the "Magic Kingdom" is gluten free
friendly but I'd like to hear from anyone who has successfully done this trip
in gluten free style.  I really want Molly to have a great time.:)
