I hope to go on a tour of Paris and surrounding regions next summer.  As both a celiac and a diabetic I would like to know if restaurants provide gluten free menus and if sugar free items are readily available.  I will be with a group from my church, so I don’t know what the regularly scheduled eating places will be.  Thank you.  Virginia Schmuck
