Amy Burkhart, MD, RD, wrote a new article titled "Pesticides, Wheat And Gluten Sensitivity: What Is The Connection?"

In it, Dr. Burkhart summarizes the state of knowledge on non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) presented at the International Celiac Disease Symposium in Chicago in September, and discusses the hot new topic of ATI’s, a new possible culprit in NCGS symptoms.
