I found this restaurant on State Route 28 in Poland, NY when we were out last Saturday.  We had breakfast and I mentioned that I was a Celiac, the owner told me that they have a separate area in their kitchen, to cook and prepare books for Celiacs.  In fact, the food was amazing and they even had GF Bread.  They will be getting more GF products in.  So if you are ever in the area, this restaurant is stopping at.
