Hi Ann.  The article originated from the New York Times
and forwarded to the board by me.  It was entitled "Days
of Plenty are Over at Free Internet Services."  Although
the article goes somewhat in detail about the ISP Free
Service era ending, it does say that some of them will
continue to provide "free" service" for "low use"
individuals.  I've deleted it from my hard disk.  Send
me your fax number and I'll forward it to you.
