Hi all!

We had planned to visit Disney last year but unfortunately, health issues got in the way and we had to cancel our trip. We are getting ready to try again (fingers and toes crossed!). Last year, Disney had e-mailed me lists of gluten free food items that were available throughout the parks, which was so helpful and reassuring! However, when I called recently to request updated lists, they told me that due to vendor changes, they no longer provide these lists. Though they are currently discussing how to handle the sharing of this information going forward, it has been difficult to gather any specific information currently.

I'm wondering if any of you who might have visited Disney World very recently might be willing to share your experience with gluten free dining/snacking? Any great experiences, places to avoid, favorite GF items, table service vs. counter service options, how much GF food you brought with you to Disney and to the parks, etc. Any tips at all would be most welcome!

This will be my celiac daughter's first experience on a plane and our first real trip since she was diagnosed about 5 years ago. I have heard so many wonderful things about Disney and how accommodating and informed they are about celiac...I just started to get a little nervous to hear that the list of gf foods no longer exists. Any recent experiences, suggestions, insights, recommendations , etc. would be SO appreciated!

Thanks so much!
