Hi everyone, 
I know this question just went out on the list serve, but I seem to have missed the summarized post.
My daughter (with celiac) will be travelling to New Orleans over spring break with a school group.  I would like to send her with a list of restaurants that will accomodate a gluten free diet.  Anyone have some recent successes there?
And can anyone shed some light on the Acme Oyster situation.  I was told a couple years ago that they were safe for celiacs, but when we went there, my husband peeked back in the kitchen and there was flour everywhere, and the kitchen staff told him it was regular flour...
