I was in a bookstore this afternoon and found a GF cookbook that I hadn't
seen or heard of before. One of the recipes called for "gram" flour. I'm not
a virgin cook, but I've never heard of gram flour. Is it GF? And what plant
does it come from?

Thanks ~~

Cheers ~~ Ayn, Kansas
