I am writing regarding the post on this listserv by a person who says theyfound
that gluten digesting enzymes will relieve symptoms in celiac persons who eat
gluten.
I think all of us who are diagnosed with celiac disease need to be very careful
about all these recent blogs that are popping up claiming to cure or relieve
celiac symptoms.
Some of these articles have no medical basis and I feel they may be written by
someone who is promoting a product they would like to sell, or at the very
least, I believe they may have a great deal of misinformation.
