Thanks all for the many many quick responses.  Everyone has said that they are all fine except for the beer one and the cheese one.  Many people eat them weekly!  I will also phone the company  to see why this isn't on their website as gluten free, (since they list some as dairy free!)and if I find anything significant I'll post again.  Meantime  thanks  again.
