In October, I'll be traveling to Scranton for the Steamtown Marathon. Can anyone recommend any GF dining options?
I was recently diagnosed in December, so if there are any long distance runners out there, I'd appreciate suggestions about what you eat to fuel up before and after long runs. Last year I ran the race with a bag of pita chips safety-pinned to my shirt. Needles to say, those have not graced my lips since December!
