<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>
Earlier today I CC'd you all on my response to Zeer who finally acknowledged
my subscription cancellation. I am clarifying that message here:
Basically, Zeer finally responded to my initial request of January 10th to
cancel my subscription and to refund my money. As you can see from the copy
of their response I included in that previous e-mail, they hardly took
responsibility for their error. Zeer claims all I had to do was logon to my
account to cancel and that finding a lost password is easy. Evidently they
didn't read my previous e-mails that said their password retrieval system
did not work for me. I am glad to be rid of them and still give them a
thumbs down.
Also, I believe they may have been inspired to respond to my situation
because of the complaint I recorded at BBB.com. So thanks to all who
suggested I do that.
Maureen/Delaware
