I have a large collection of gf and regular cookbooks, but I loaned out ( & never got back) a cookbook that was not only gf, but had adaptations for other dietary limitations....soy-free, egg-free, dairy-free, etc. I don't recall exactly which substitutions.
Someone I know was just put on a very limited diet, and I know that book would be perfect, but I have no clue what the title is. It might be one of Carol Fenster's.
Do any of you have such a book in your collection that you can recommend? I googled but couldn't find it. Might be out of print.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Whenever I run into someone like this, I feel grateful that gluten is the only thing I cannot eat!
Thanks. Happy Holidays all.
Lin
