Dear Listmates,

While hunting through the new books shelves at our local library, my wife
picked up a new book called Allergy Free Desserts by Elizabeth Gordon, and
we took it home. There are lots of GF cookbooks out there, and many of them
are logical transformations of normal recipes found pretty much anywhere.
But this one is really different, and it is aimed to the gluten-free,
egg-free, soy free and nut-free community. These recipes seem to be unique
and original. We haven't made any of them yet, so we can't vouch for taste.
Elizabeth Gordon also has a few recipes on her website, and she maintains a
blog. Her main website is http://www.betsyandclaude.com, and the only thing
she sells off of it is here book. By the way, this is not a self-published
book. John Wiley & Sons (heavy textbook publisher) is the publisher.

The book lists for $22.95, but Amazon and Barnes & Noble have it for less.
The book has been out since February, so some of you may have it already.
