Join me at the Joe Dodge Lodge in Gorham, NH (Appalachian Trail, White Mountains) for an empowering, self-nurturing, educational weekend for those with celiac disease (or gluten intolerance or wheat allergy), their partners, family and friends. 

 

Our weekend includes:

*         3 workshops on Maximizing Nutrition on the GF diet, Whole and Healing Foods, Gluten free Lifestyle, Traveling and Dining Out Safely, and anything you'd like to ask..... with Melinda, celiac dietitian 

*         Professionally guided hikes on Saturday and Sunday 

*         6 healthy gluten free meals, including a catered lunch from a health food café, snacks & surprise goodies 

*         2 nights at Joe Dodge Lodge (options for different style rooms)

*         Optional yoga, reiki healing/energy work, recipe sharing, Q & A, free time to explore in nature
