Gluten free is indeed 'in' when companies produce & promote 'gluten free' products that are NOT meant for celiacs!
www.glutenfreemom.com has a great entry from one persons experience with Snyders and their expansion into the gluten free segment.

While I'm not surprised given the current regulations, it's pretty scary to hear a company say that they'll label products 'gluten free' but not 'wheat free' based on the higher risk of contamination from shared equipment with wheat.

Just thought everyone should visit www.glutenfreemom.com and read this article.

Best,

Denis
