I recently came across the free online dating service for people with
celiac disease http://www.glutenfreedate.com/. Saw it mentioned
initially on the forum http://www.celiac.com/ . At the moment, it only
has about 60 people in total on it, but I thought if the word got out in
the community, the number of participants (like me ;-) and therefore the
utility of the resource would both increase. I hope this doesn't
violate any of the tenets of this listserv, I have no connection to the
service, other than being on it, and again, it's totally free. A lot of
people have commented that given the no gluten dietary limitations, it
might be easier to have a "significant other" who shared your
requirements. For those who agree, this may be a means to that end,
should enough celiacs get involved.
