I ordered a bag of Frontier psyllium husk from my health food store, which
was what I needed for a couple of GF recipes. Now, I need psyllium powder
for some of the recipes in the new America's Test Kitchen cookbook. I still
have a lot of the husk left. Any suggestions on how I can convert this to
powder? Or is that possible?
I'm thinking food processor, but I'm not sure my little processor will
grind the husk that finely.
