The cook book is a collection of family friendly recipes that are both
gluten and dairy free. All recipes in the book include dietary analysis
enabling users to count carbohydrates, monitor fiber, fats ,
cholesterol, and sodium. The cookbook is designed to allow families to
prepare tasty, nutritious food that the entire family will enjoy that
just happen to be gluten and dairy free. One author is gluten and dairy
intolerant, the other has Type 1 diabetes. Free sample recipes and
reviews are available on the web site.
