It is hard to choose which comments to share with you from our Guestbook at
www.chickenparadise.com .  Here is one from an Oregon family during spring
break.  Only one of them is actually GF.
 
"As we conclude our nights of glorious gluten-free paradise, I must say that
our stay here with you was the highlight of our trip to Texas.  We saw many
sites while here in town, but none compare with the "sight" of our
wonderfual breakfasts, the fragrant and colorful flowers,  the chickens
(especially Lily, Charlie and Blackberry) Chutney, our comfortable suite,
and your gracious hospitality.  We hope to return again, but it might not be
so easy after we add some chickens to our world.  Thanks, Joe, for the
informative book you loaned the girls.  Again, than you for sharing your
lovely home with us."
 
We love sharing our place with our guests, celiac or not, and look forward
to suggesting the best sights for each of them.  About half of our visitors
are GF, and the others just like it here for various reasons.  
 
Chicken Paradise is the only gluten-free Bed and Breakfast in the USA with a
totally GF kitchen.  If you know of another one, please let us know.  We
hope you will remember to call us when you plan a trip to San Antonio, and
let us be your personal GF concierges.
