Hi list-mates!
My daughter is a sophomore living away at college. She has done very well her first year and half both academically and socially. She has managed her gluten free diet well. Though nothing has changed in her life, now, for the first time, she is talking about feeling generalized anxiety and some depression. I was wondering if she should start taking some b complex supplement which I've read can help with stress. Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated!
