I love this small home town Gluten Free company and the amazing pasta they offer. Made fresh and delivered! The wild mushroom ravioli had just the right hint of mushroom flavor to tease one's taste buds, and the tortellinis are petite, subtle bursts of flavor. 

John DePuma has a love for food, cooking, and his wife, Gina, who was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2002. John ( the Italian in the family) set out and created this company for all of us to enjoy his extremely popular recipes. WOW!

DePuma's currently offers five incredible pastas.  They can be shipped anywhere. They all contain cheese as one of the ingredients, except the Cavatelli. I really can not say enough about the flavor and texture. They remind me of the days when I could eat "pasta". Here are some pictures and more details
