Thanks to all who responded about the Berkshires. Here are the few repsonses I received.

Bizen in Great Barrington has wheat free soy sauce and knows about eating GF
Route 7 Grill (GF menu)
Martin's Restaurant has GF bread and is knowledgeable

When we went to Stockbridge a few years ago, we went to the Barrington Brewery, a WONDERFUL little local place that had a menu that was so easy for us to navigate. They were very helpful, and their loaded potato skins were out of this world.

I also found a few others when I googled that say they have GF options but I have not tried them yet:
John Andres in South Egremont and Flavors in Pittsfield.

I hope this helps.

*Please provide references to back up claims of a product being GF or not GF*
