Along those lines - does anybody have a sugar cookie recipe for  
cutouts?  Pre-GF, I think I used to make dough with cream cheese.   
Would that help the dough survive the rolling?

Lauren's class is doing cutouts on Dec 17th, so I figure I have some  
time to try things out so that it's not a total loss on the day.
