We had 8 responses to our request for the experience of others who have criused with NCL in resp[ect to free style dinning.  Sevenm of the 8 had very positive experiences and would recommend others who require GF foods to book as well.  They suugested that one simply meets with the head waiter and follows the procedure that you would when dinning in a set seating environment.  The one negative response was specific to advice by their travel agent
