Thanks for the replies it appears most have lactose unless its in liquid
form to be injected. There is various opinions on the possibility of the
lactose being too much of a problem compared to the nausea. I guess it's the
lesser of two evils and an approach my specialist is taking.

Some of the brands quoted were Zofran, zantac, Metamide, Domperidom which is
motilium here and Antinause but one message mentioned to be careful of
Reglan, as there has been warnings on TV because of serious side effects.

Also one message mentioned using Kirkman lab enzymes for all digestive
complaints, an interesting website and information

It appears that lactose is a common tableting agent for hard tablets.
