The Gluten Free Cooking Expo is seeking vendors potentially interested in sampling and/or selling your products at our event in Chicago in 2010.  We are still working out the details of the date.  We expect 600-800 people to come to the vendor fair. This will be the third year of the event and our numbers continue to grow.  I look forward to hearing from you and am particularly interested in having small companies exhibit that might not be known to our customers.
