We just got a Zojirushi Bread Machine and used the Gluten Free Pantry
Sandwich Bread Mix. I customized the settings based on the Zojirushi website
for GF bread. The bread turned out great, but it sunk a little. Has anyone
had good luck with this machine and bread mix and could offer any
suggestions?
