Thanks for all the responses about gf cream of mushroom soup. I
received the following suggestions:

Progresso is labeled gf and is by far the favorite of most

Imagine has a Portobello Mushroom soup

Gluten Free Cafe has a cream of mushroom soup. Also, Gluten Free
Cafe is owned by Health Valley.

Ener-G Foods has a packet of mushroom soup for individual servings

Kettle Creations has a frozen soup but it is a bit bland and needs
spices added.

If soy intolerant, one person recommended "MimicCreme's cream
substitute (it's made of almonds) and I add my own canned mushrooms
(sometimes using a hand-held blender, sometimes not) and it's
exponentially better than any canned creamed soup or Progresso's,"
MimicCreme is available through Amazon.com

Thanks again for all the help.
