After 18 months of business and personally making and selling over
1300 loaves of my French White Bread, Gluten Free You and Me is
opening a purely gluten free baking facility that will primarily be
used for wholesale, but will be able to do some retail and special
order as well. This kitchen will be in the 270/Sawmill area. I
expect to be licensed by the Ohio Dept. of Health and the Ohio Dept.
of Agriculture for bakery, meat, vegetables, and frozen food products by Nov. 1
Another aspect to this kitchen is that it will be available to other
gluten free bakers who are in need of a licensed facility to produce
their products in. If interested, please reply with an email and I
