Please, if anyone as made these bagels before, can you please explain how much sugar is supposed to be used in the boiling water mixture in step 5? For some reason, step 2 said to use "the remaining sugar" in the dough mix, which I did, and now I don't have any sugar for "the remaining sugar" in step 5!!
Has anyone else had this problem? This is the second recipe I've tried from her which I've had problems with and I can't find anywhere on her website where she lists recipe corrections.
Please help if you can. The bagels are rising and I need to start the boiling water.
