The strangest statement in this article was:

" Any kind of restrictive diet can help alleviate gastrointestinal distress. If
you're paying more attention to what you eat, there's a good chance your
symptoms will lessen. That's not because gluten or red meat or another food is
damaging your small intestine; it's because eating less makes it easier for your
gut to recover. "

Much of the article seems to be accurate, but I've never heard of any research
basis for eating less making you feel better, unless its the right restriction.
