Last night I ate at Silver Lake Pizzeria (West Harrison, Westchester).
They are located at 79 Lake Street (914-328-2326).  They now serve Still
Riding Pizza (http://www.stillridingpizza.com
<http://www.stillridingpizza.com/> ).  The folks are Silver Lake were
very knowledgeable on the process that they go thru to bake the prepared
GF pizza from Still Riding.  They showed me the separate area where the
toppings are placed.  The pizza was excellent and is very close to a
true NY slice.

 

Additionally, Pizza 2000 in downtown Harrison (370 Halstead Avenue,
914-835-8000) will be offering the same Still Riding Pizza in the next
couple of weeks.  They also might be offering other gluten free entrees
including pasta.  John at Pizza 2000 is very accommodating and his brand
new large restaurant with many tables will become a great gluten free
destination for many families in the Westchester area.

 

Please visit both of these places as they love to hear input from their
customers.
