First off, I have to apologize. I read some information on Maltodextrin
that was incorrect for the US. I have gotten many emails that in the US it
is ok! Thank you! I also had read that Modified food starch could be any
kind. I have been informed that the US labeling will say wheat if it is.
This is such a tricky area, but for the most part, it is fine.
So sorry for the mistake!
