I'm sorry but I have to rant a bit here...
I am so sick of GF companies charging us such high and mighty prices.
It would make more sense for them to get a bit competitive
with their pricing. As I just told King Arthur, I rarely make baked
goods since going GF, not because it is hard, but simply because
I can't AFFORD to make them regularly.
If the GF food manufacturers want to make a profit they need to get more
competitive in their pricing and then we can afford to buy
more product!
Bottom line: If we can afford to bake more ~ they will make more profit.
