Dear Listmates -
Thank you to everyone who responded!
I was told by many of you that Culver's has a gluten-free brochure in the restaurant (or should, or I could ask the manager to printout the list of food allergens and items that contain them from the website), plus there is a list of menu items on their website where gluten and other allergens in any menu item has a checkmark if the item contains gluten or some other food allergen.
The chicken cashew salad is listed as gluten-free. So is the caesar dressing I would want with it, and the root beer float. My husband wants to try the root beer float, and he can't have gluten, either.
Most menu items, though, contain gluten, according to the checkmarks under gluten on the menu items on the food allergen lists.
I don't know how to put a link to that page on their website using Yahoo mail, so I can't do a link, but the website address (URL) is:
http://www.culvers.com/menu/allergens.aspx
Thank you to everyone.
Vicki in Illinois
