Hi folks,
Thanks for all the responses. The overwhelming consensus is the X20
Zojirushi. There are several though that love their Breadman. I was very
enticed by the gluten free setting on the Breadman, but I disliked the shape
of the pan - the Zo is more reminiscent of gluten breads and sweet breads.

The newest X20 is enticing not only for the size and shape loaf, but it has
two paddles, hopefully ensuring a more thorough mix, especially for French
bread type of doughs. I also love the fact you can preprogram it 13 hours
ahead and can't wait to get my hands on it. I ordered it from Avantgarde
gadgets for 204.95. only option for ship is ground. Thanks for your help,
Dorina
