Many people interested in this topic! These are the responses; please note that I have not confirmed any of these actually have gluten through other resources, just summarizing the responses I have received. One person responded that there is modified food starch in Squirt - but I believe as long as Squirt is manufactured in the U.S. the starch will be made with something other than wheat due to labeling laws.
Flavored tea bags with barley (pumpkin spice)
I've run into some juices (that are not 100% juice) that use wheat for thickening. The most recent one (I have a small child with Celiac) is Knudson's Sensible Sippers - they are small juice boxes for little kids - they definitely have gluten.
The only one I've seen is Odwalla's Superfood.
Coffee replacement Postum (I am not familiar with this product)
Watch out for chocolate milk with malt.
Beware of root beers, instant cocoa/coffee mixes, fruit/vegetable smoothies (possibly wheat germ), and obviously malted milkshakes.
A few mixers like clamato juice by dr pepper and minute maid drinks are not gluten free. I just found out mcdonalds juice boxes aren't either.
Thanks to all who responded!
