If Mary has experienced a growth spurt, her ability to move and explore the
environment is going to change. Also, if she usually does not fall, this is
a change in physical mobility status. For both of these reasons she should
have a NEW evaluation by the physical therapist.

Sorry. I am a little opinionated and if "The Idaho Elks
pediatric physical therapist that has "already" evaluated her is not an
evaluation that occurred after she fell this is not good enough.....
