We just launched the site http://www.glutenwiki.com in an attempt to
provide a thorough online resource for gluten-free and wheat-free
living.  It's a site similar to wikipedia, but will only contain
information related to Celiac Disease, like Gluten friendly
restaurants, gluten friendly resources, recipes, you name it.

We could really use your help to get started--we are hoping to find
contributors who can add gluten-free information to help everyone.  We
all know how hard it is to find reliable gluten-free information
online and how hard it is to keep it up to date, so it is our hope
that this new site can fill this void.
