WORKSHOPS: 6 hours of workshops/cooking demos on maximizing nutrition,
enhancing immunity, learning about anti-inflammatory properties of food,
important lab values and supplements, healthy gluten free grains/meals and
how to prepare them
WHAT ELSE: Professionally guided snowshoeing, cross country skiing, eating
delicious gluten free meals together, practicing yoga and reiki (these are
optional but so much fun), sampling gluten free foods, 2 nights of lodging,
and having a great time in an AMC lodge atmosphere....
WHO: 10-15 people (18 years and older) with celiac disease or gluten
intolerance, their friends and partners who want to take their health
seriously in a light, supportive group atmosphere
