IgA emdomysial antibodies (EMA)
IgA tissue transglutaminase (tTG)
Total IgA antibodies
Deamidated gliadin peptides AGA (DGP) a relatively new test
 very similar to tTG in both sensitivity and specificity

Not all docs or labs do all four. This is the full panel.

If you have IgA deficiency, the doctor will run a IgG tissue transglutaminase.
