I am organizing a family get-to-gether for breakfast and presents on Xmas morning. I am "being a pain" an insisting that people bring food that everyone can eat, and we are not going to do waffles for some people and not others, etc...

So, I am looking for suggestions for a good GF "main dish" such as a souffle or crepes or lattkes or strata or ??? I am definitely not going to try to deal with making GF pancakes/waffles/muffins and listening to people whine. (No matter how good they the food is, some of my relatives will, and I'd rather not get them whining about GF food, I'd like to get their focus elsewhere, hopefully somewhere more productive).

Does anyone have any recipes or ideas?
