10-11:30am - celiac lecture (A Round Table of Celiac Related Topics for
those with Celiac Disease or Gluten Sensitivity. The store will be full of
gluten free vendors and sampling for you to enjoy after the lecture.

Healthy, Balanced Eating on the Gluten Free Diet - SLIGHT DATE CHANGE!

Tuesdays, January 20, 27, and February 3, 2009 

3-week series of classes dedicated to maximizing nutrition, health and
energy on the gluten free diet

 Location: Whole Foods Market, River Street, Cambridge

Time: 7 -8:30pm

Class size: 10 person maximum; 6 person minimum

$150 per 3 week series (no insurance)

 

GLUTEN FREE COSTA RICA TRIP: 

The trip was cancelled due to poor registration numbers for this holiday
trip, but Eastern Mountain Sports was encouraged by the interest level. If
you would like to express your interest in 2009 GLUTEN FREE trips to Costa
Rica, Nepal or other destinations, please email me and I'll send along your
