Hello,

My Aunt however is to have my 17 year old cousin tested for celiac because
he has severe acne that is not responding to Accutane and she wants to rule
out celiac (I had severe acne before dx as well). Can anyone please help me
with what to tell her? Would she ask the ped./family doctor for the blood
tests and what blood tests should she ask for? She says he doesn't have any
"classic" celiac symptoms (i.e. gastrointestinal) so she is doubtful this is
the problem but doesn't know where to turn to help get rid of his acne. They
live in Dublin Ohio (a suburb of Columbus) so any information for that area
and especially for teens with celiac would be fantastic also! Thank you SO
