Anyone ever have this symptom after ingesting gluten?

I do not have celiac disease, but am gluten sensitive so much that any bit of cross contamination seems to cause my finger to swell with edema, get inflammed and blisters that sometimes open up. It is ugly and at times, very difficult to fully bend my fingers. The joints themselves do get tender when I put pressure on them, probably from the inflammation and swelling. 
  Has anyone else had this happen to them???    Melissa
