My daughter's kindergarten class is studying Africa and will be making chapatis. Her teacher is open to using gluten-free flour for the whole class. But I fear that just substituting GF flour won't work.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to make gluten-free chapatis?
If I can't find a sub, should I just have her sit out?
