All responses to my post were positive. Two responders stayed at the Great
Wolf Lodge in Virginia, and had good experiences there and said that the
staff was very accommodating. One person had the chef come out and speak to
them, and the other person has staff find out what they could and couldn't' eat.
The other responses were for PA and said pretty much the same thing. Before
every meal, the chef would come out and talk to them to find out what they
would like to eat. They had gluten free pancakes and bacon, macaroni, roast
beef, chicken fingers, french fries, and more. They also offer gluten free
cookies and brownies.
One person advised that it is best to look at the buffet long before dinner
and then ask to speak to the executive chef because they waited about 10
minutes for an answer which is OK if you are sitting down for table service, but
since it was a buffet it was awkward to stand and wait.
One person also said they also dined outside at a steak place down the road,
and I've heard that might save a little money. All rooms have microwaves
and little fridges.
Thank you to everyone who responded!
