Help! I need ideas for inexpensive GF dinner-BBQ Party

It will be for a large crowd of about 40-50 people.
It is at a park with BBQ and indoor stove/fridge.

I want everything Gluten free so my family doesn't have to think about cross 
contamination that day!! It is for a 40th birthday party, so mostly adults will 
be there.

Ideas I had were a pig roast (but what do you put with it?)
BBQ Ribs
Chicken
Hot dogs and Burgers- but most people would want buns!
HELP!
