Hi,

I saw a while a gone on this list that Honey Baked Hams are now gluten free.  I went to buy one yesterday in Orland Park, IL and was told they are not gluten free.  The lady showed me the ingredient list and wheat was clearly listed.  She did say that if I wanted it gluten free I had to ask for it with no royal, but the regular glaze is not gluten free.  I am not sure is this is the case all over, but make sure you ask before you buy.
